Tournament directors may receive registrant contact details for events you sign up for, including community events hosted on our platform.

Registration and payment records are retained for tour operations, accounting, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of non-essential data by contacting us.

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with industry-standard encryption in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorized staff.
