Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the event start date, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe.

Cancellations between 7–13 days before the event receive a 50% credit toward a future APE tour event in the same calendar year, unless the event is sold out and a waitlisted team can fill your spot — in which case a full refund may apply.

No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event, except where required by law or if APE cancels the event.

Community tournaments are hosted by independent directors. Refund terms may vary by event and are displayed on the event detail page when provided by the host.

If a community director cancels an event, paid registrants will receive a full refund processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Contact the tournament director listed on the event page for date changes, format questions, or local refund requests.

If APE cancels an official tour event, all paid teams receive a full refund or may transfer their entry to another tour stop at no additional charge.

Partial postponements (e.g. weather delay to the following day) do not automatically qualify for refunds unless play cannot be completed and the director declares the event cancelled.

Sponsorship purchases are generally non-refundable once activation materials have been delivered. Contact partnerships@apegolftour.com before your package goes live to discuss changes.

Email hello@apegolftour.com with your team name, event name, registration email, and reason for the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Allow 5–10 business days for Stripe refunds to appear on your statement after approval.
