These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the APE Golf Series website, registration platform, and related services operated by APE Golf Series.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or register for events.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or registering a team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Amateur golf events may have eligibility requirements set by each tournament director. It is your responsibility to confirm you meet format, handicap, and residency rules before registering.

Completing registration reserves a spot subject to payment and director approval. Entry fees, deadlines, and field sizes are listed on each event page.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. A registration is not confirmed as paid until payment is successfully processed and recorded in our system.

Community events listed on our platform are hosted by independent directors. APE provides registration and payment tools but is not the on-site operator unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or interfere with live scoring or registration systems.

We may suspend accounts or cancel registrations that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Golf involves inherent risk. Participation in any event is at your own risk. We are not liable for injury, property damage, weather delays, or director decisions on course setup and rulings.

The site and live scoring are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific registration giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
